7. No Refunds
All payments to Codedevza AI Ltd are non-refundable, including:

- Hardware purchases
- Software licences
- AI systems
- Integrations
- Custom development
- Setup, installation, and configuration
- Support or professional services
No refunds are provided under any circumstances, including client changes, cancellations, dissatisfaction, internal delays, or technical issues outside our control.
8. Hardware and Equipment Disclaimer
8.1 All hardware, RFID devices, sensors, antennas, physical installations, and IoT components are provided “as is”.
8.2 Codedevza AI Ltd provides no guarantee that hardware will:
- Work in all environments
- Integrate with all systems
- Be free from defects
- Operate without interference from building conditions
- Produce continuous output
8.3 You accept full responsibility for ensuring the installation environment is suitable.
9. No Liability for Hardware or Software Damage
Codedevza AI Ltd is not liable for any damage caused directly or indirectly by hardware or software, including:
- Damage to buildings or property
- Damage to infrastructure, equipment, or systems
- Data corruption
- Network or IT disruption
- Electrical interference
- IoT or sensor malfunction
- AI model errors
- Incorrect outputs, reports, or classifications
- Installation-related issues
- Loss of ESG credits or compliance issues
- Operational disruptions

10. Software, AI, and Platform Disclaimer
10.1 All software, AI tools, dashboards, automations, connectors, and integrations are provided without warranty.
Codedevza AI Ltd does not guarantee:
- Accuracy of outputs or predictions
- Correctness of ESG calculations
- Compliance results
- Uptime or availability
- Performance improvements
- Integration with legacy systems
- Freedom from bugs or vulnerabilities
10.2 You acknowledge that AI models may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected outputs.
11. Exclusion of Claims and Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Codedevza AI Ltd is not responsible for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue, profit, or opportunity
- Reputational damage
- Compliance penalties
- ESG misreporting
- Third-party system failures
- Data inaccuracies
- Downtime
- Corrupted or lost data
- Any damage to physical or digital assets
Claims against Codedevza AI Ltd for such losses are excluded.
12. Liability Cap
Codedevza AI Ltd’s total liability for any claim is limited to:
£1000 GBP or the total fees paid for the affected service in the past 6 months,
whichever is lower. This is the maximum legally enforceable limitation permitted.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Codedevza AI Ltd against any claims, losses, or damages arising from:
- Misuse of hardware or software
- Incorrect data supplied by you
- Third-party system interactions
- Building infrastructure issues
- Interference with equipment
- Breach of these Terms
- Violation of laws or regulations
- Unauthorised modifications or access
This protects Codedevza AI Ltd from client-side issues.
